I am also having this problem as well. I have redeemed both the Ultimate Edition code and the War Horses code. I was only able to installed the Pre-Order Bonuses and even then, I was not able to get any content. No Cash Bonuses, No free weapons, not even a War Horse. I am also half-way into Chapter Three and I have zero content. This has been a real disappointing experience and it's a shame because this is a great game, but I cannot enjoy it. I bought the Ultimate Edition from GameStop, which gave me two War Horse codes so I have to contact Rockstar to provide me a Ultimate Edition code, which they did. And now I do not have any content.

Oh, Crap. You guys as well? I'm on Chapter Three and I have not received any of the pre-order bonuses, despite it being installed. I have redeemed both the Ultimate Content and the War Horse's codes and I have not received the War Horse, as well as small things, such as Talisman, Free Guns, and Cash Bonuses. I contacted Rockstar and they told me to keep on playing, but I feel that I should have all of the contents by Chapter Two. Mind you, I'm currently on Chapter Three and I still have not received any contents.
