Buy a cart?

Has anyone found out it you can buy a cart for your horse? One to keep so you dont have to steal one and then it dissapear moments later. This would absolutely make my life! Would love to be strolling round in one of those two man carts with a little roof while it's raining, lantern in hand, searching for a god camping spot 😍

Sounds nice but not possible unfortunately
