Help: No quick mission report after mission complete

Hello, for some time now that I can't see the mission brief by holding "options" after completing a mission (when the medal is diplayed). It tells you to hold options but always shows the log of the cigarrettes side challenge, I need to open the main menu and go to progress, how do I fix it?

I have the same issue. Although I always get the 'Duchesses and other Animals' briefing.
