Stuck on 99% completion

I’ve finished everything for 100% completion but the hunting request is not checking off. I’ve visited Ms Hobbs and got the squirrel statue but it’s not checking off. Anyone else have this problem?

I was at 99.2% until I completed the statue hunt. You need to place the squirrel above the fireplace at Beechers Hope, leave, return a day later, find the squirrel and put it back above the fireplace. Do that 5 times then find it on top of mount Shann to get the trophy. Once I did that it bumped me up to 99.5%. I just need to complete weapons expert challenge.
