Ice cubes in water

When I ride through water ice cubes fly off my horse or when I'm running through water. I tried many setting on my vid card and in the game. Still the same. Any clues?

Exactly the same problem could not be solved in any way.  were you able to fix it?

Yes I maxed out the water volumetric settings  to 100% in the game.  And wa la it's perfect now
