I just noticed this strange artifact/glitch happening to both fire (mostly camp fires) and water when splashing. I dont know if it's a physics or texture issue but I have tried different solutions and nothing has helped. I also have minimal mods that affect graphics or physics; most of them are gameplay related. The glitch is not impairing gaming performance but it's damn ugly to look at.
This is what I've tried:
Uninstalling reshade and related files from game directory
Verified files on Steam
Adjusting water graphics settings to all quality levels (including physics)
