Hello, I have this problem and for 2 weeks now I am trying to solve it and its getting annoying. I have tried the following solutions:

• No non-latin characters in any path whatsoever

• No antivirus

• Lower graphic settings

• Clean reinstall of the game

• Disable real time protection, Cloud Delivered Protection, Tamper protection, Ransomware protection

• Windows update

• Set LauncherPatcher.exe, PlayRDR2.exe, RDR2.exe, RockstarService.exe, as admin

• Reinstall Rockstar Game Launcher

Also, the partition where RDR2 and Rockstar is installed have 181GB free space.
