Will not let me get express rounds

Hi guys. I am typically able to troubleshoot all of the issues I've had with the game by a simple search. Wasn't able to come up with anything for this so hopefully I'm not beating a dead horse. So, I have just noticed the express rounds for my bolt action down to 3. I am always restocking at camp and rarely get below 50. Purchased max amount of express ammo and had it sent to camp. Lockbox showed max amount of express ammo but "collect" was gray and would not let me collect. Restarted the game twice now and the lockbox doesn't even list the rifle express ammo anywhere. Also says it is sold out in the store. Is the game glitched or am I? 

Edit: just noticed I've got a rank up treasure map it is not letting me collect either.
