Keys stuck down until I tab out

Hey, so I just reinstalled the game after not playing for years and years, however I'm trying to start a new story, but when I move my keys are first of all very delayed, but then they will keep moving for another 10 seconds or so, this only happened on RDR2, ive turned on things such as game mode, turned off sticky keys, done a benchmark test, however it still just keeps messing up.
