Bonding mistake with horse

Hi! I got myself in a little problem. My primary horse is usually a mustang that I bonded well with, but I was dumb enough to change my primary horse to a shire and headed out to catch an Andalusien. When I  broke the Andalusien and started riding back I noticed my mistake. My mustang is now my secondary horse, and if I bond with the Andalusien I assume my mustang will disappear? How can I transport the Andalusien to the stable without risking that my mustang, that is hitched at my camp, disappears? Or should I just leave the Andalusien and head back to camp and change my primary horse, but will it be in the same location later? 
I hope someone has some ideas and help for my problem 😅

I had to turn of the game and when I started it again the Andalusien were gone. But at least I had my mustang so now it’s my primary horse. But when I went back to look for the Andalusien it weren’t at the same spot as the last time, i looked all over the place in the woods but it wasn’t there. Will it come back or was it a one time shot at catching it?
