If you want to grab 5 Gold Bars completely free, all you need to do is log into Red Dead Online any time between now and the 14th of April, and you'll receive the gift via in-game mail within 48 hours - so don't run to support if the bars don't materialize immediately.
You can earn some additional bonuses if you don't shirk your chores and get those Daily Challenges done. Completing one Daily Challenge every day, for three days - thus activating the 3-day streak - will earn you a bonus bundle including 10 Special Health Cures, 10 Special Miracle Tonics, 10 Special Snake Oils and 20 Incendiary Buckshot Slugs. This too requires up to 48 hours to arrive.
Ranking up is also made easier this week with some Double XP activities. All Showdown Modes and all Race Series matches will reward you twice the usual XP as usual. With all of these modes, there is plenty of variety allowing every player to find something to their liking.
Several items are on steep discount at the Wheeler, Rawson & Co. catalogue. All Rifles, Pistols and Pamphlets are 40% off, while Ponchos, Shirts and every item available from Wilderness Outfitters - except the Butcher's Table, unfortunately - is half-price.
You can also grab Off-Hand Holsters, Gun Belts, Draft Horses, War Horses, Pants and Gloves at a huge 70% discount.
