Yea I got kill and trinket with skin, Legendary

Am wondering for the people who use it like me, I purchased a few items to test it out and have not received them. It says, "your order will be processed the next time you load RDR2 and enter story mode" well I have entered rest mode, everyday since I bought them. Also have "exited" game via menu loaded a save game and I still don't have them. Its been like 3 days. FYI are not locked, Oatcakes, Herbivore bait, and Cover scent lotion. Any help would be appreciated.

Wanted to know if this has happened to anybody else. I was hunting legendary buck yesterday and finally found him. I was slow crawling over to him trying to get a shot lined up. I draw bow and just when I was ready to hit dead eye. BAM! he falls over dead and I get, "congratulations you have killed a legendary buck" Never shot the arrow.
