Ive got supersampling already off... Do you know if the "boost mode" affects on a bad way?

Hi! Im suffering this "blurry effect" too, but im playing on a PS4 PRO but on 1080p, cause my TV aint got no 4k (2k in this game, i know). The game is playable, but i feel like it should be even better, eventhough it looks so nice. I am the only one struggling playing on 1080? or u guys suffer this blurry even on 1080? thank u boys!
