Yes, the problem with HDR is in all versions and probably will never be solved, but the problem of the blurred image only exists in the version of ps4 pro, and turning off the HDR does not solve the problem. The game has been released a long time ago and I think they will never fix the ps4 pro version

The problem is on ps4 pro version.

Well, I tested the game in every game mode I could. My tv is full hd, so I tested it with supersampling turned on and off too. It continues exactly as it was before! The game is more blurry with the supersampling on. All problems with the blur are still present. Duplicate things when you move the camera quickly, the aurea around the character, and all around completely blurry. I also tested the online mode, and also did not see any changes. If they fixed something in relation to the image, only analyzing too deeply to see.

I'll test the update. If the problem is fixed, maybe I'll even play the game again.

Resident Evil 2 remake, was said here as having the same problems as RDR2. I forgot to quote what the person said. It would be nice if RDR2 had the same problems as RE2 I was still talking about RE2, which despite having the same resolution as the xbox x version, apparently uses the same Quantum Break technique, while the xbox x version does not use I know the problem is because of the checkerboard rendering, bad choice in resolution, very aggressive TAA and so on. I never wanted the pro version to be identical to the xbox x version, even because xbox x can do more, but the rockstar could do much better than it did. Sorry if you did not understand what I said, I use google translate

I played RE2 on pro. It would be nice if RDR2 had the same problems. The game is full of effects, uses techniques to look like a movie, but I do not see anything blurred when I turn the camera, everything remains clean, without duplicating things. The pro version has the same resolution as the xbox x version, but uses a technique (it should look like quantum break). It's less clear than the version of xbox one x yes, and it has to be, it's a less powerful console, but capcom did a much more decent job than rockstar

I just stopped playing when I saw that they would never fix the game. I finished the main mission and part of the secondary missions. And the blur problems are more visible in certain parts of the game, and they also become accentuated depending on the weather, schedule .. then sometimes it seems that some update has fixed the blur of the game, when in fact nothing was done.

I do not understand what people who are not seeing problems with the blur of the game are doing here. If it seems that the answers to these people are ignorant, I think it is even more ignorant to go to the thread about something that does not exist for them only to troll, or try to become superior about another person. Usually those who do this are children or someone with some problem in real life. You do not have to be patient even for people who come into the thread just to tumultualize

But you can play in 1080p, you just put the console in 1080p and disable the suplersampling. It gets much sharper and even in the game options a bar appears to increase or decrease the sharpness. It looks better, but the motion blur is still there, and it seems that all the problems with those many filters get more visible. But the framerate is very stable, more than in xbox x. Of course, it's a "forced" option. It was to have this option in the game.

Frame rate is better now playing with the supersampling on, so for those who play on a 4k tv, too. As I already played in 1080p and there were no drops, for me nothing changed, but I tested with the supersampling enabled and really was improved.

update 1.04 is out. I've played a bit here and nothing has changed in the blur of the game.

Do not get mad. No matter if he is of this generation or any other, He would be a sucker in any of them

The petition took a long time to happen. If the petition would change someting or not, still it was much better than sitting and saying "this generation bla bla bla". I believe that the majority here are adults, and especially in this discussion, adults and from different countries. If the discussion is silly, or has no relevance to you, keep to yourself, otherwise it seems that you just came here to troll and say that you know more than other people.

Yesterday I watched the DF video and the motion blur really looks even worse than the one used in RDR2. In the comments said that the producer promised that in the next update they will put an option to disable the motion blur. Just Cause 4 looks very heavy and the frame rate is quite stable in the pro ps4, of course they sacrificed a lot of resolution, up to 1080p when many things happen on the screen. We'll see if Square Enix will release an update with the option to disable motion blur, but I do not think that will happen, and if I do, I doubt the frame rate remains stable. After RDR2, I'm sure they're using that strong motion blur on the consoles because the consoles just could not keep up the frame rate without using this garbage effect

Hi, so I always play with the pc off and my internet is relatively good, about 70mb. It really can happen to give a lag if there's something coming down from the psn while I'm playing online, but it rarely happens, and I'm always looking at it if I feel like there's something weird. Also I turn off all applications before playing and my internet is connected directly with the cable. It can be because of their own servers with problems, it may be that in certain parts of the map the frame rate really drop, it may be because it is still an online beta, but the fact is that it is not good at the moment!
-
The funny thing is that they cut a lot of things, there are almost no people on the map (besides the online gaming players) and even when there is almost nothing happening on the screen, the frame rate drops a lot! I do not remember this happening the first time I played, maybe because I played for the second time in another location on the map. Even so, it was a terrible experience. Expected more, even coming from a video game that is not as powerful as a computer.

Today I played RDR2 Online. In addition to blur problems, online mode is virtually unplayable by frame rate drops. Certainly had moments when the frame reached 20 or less. Congratulations Rockstar

No need. I think the petition is even more important for this reason, people from different countries complaining about the same thing. Important are the signatures!
-
I think in all comments we should put the link of the petition. Good to always make it visible https://www.gopetition.com/petitions/madevilmaster.html
-
Exactly. We should not have trusted Rockstar to launch a fix quickly and solve the problem. I hope a lot of the people who viewed the thread and still follow, take a minute of your time and sign too!
-
signed ! Good initiative, I hope everyone who is commenting on the topic also sign it, and those who are viewing and following!

Was the topic no longer on 64 pages? Here it appears that you are only 43 now

I can not understand what you want. If you think the problem is solved, great, go there to play RDR2 and let those who have not seen any change continue to discuss the problems of the game. Boring dude.
-
I'll definitely only come back to play when they launch a patch with options to turn off all those horrible filters. But I no longer believe in a fix!
-
I played half an hour to see if I noticed any change. I played on a full hd tv and saw no difference. Playing with the suplersampling enabled is still much worse than playing with it disabled. The blur and aggressive motion blur continue there. In my opinion, nothing has changed!
