Theres a list of the patch notes on IGN.com,i dont know how reliable the site is but one thing stands out " Fixed issues with full-screen effects and particle effects that resulted in them displaying incorrectly at resolutions higher than 1080p " I dont know if it fixed the issue,me personally i could never notice the blurry graphics issue on my pro but like i originally said my eyesight isnt great anyway. 😄I`m not dissing anybody but if they were there on my machine they never gave me headaches,bad eyes or made me turn the game off like some people have claimed.Im still running the game with only the day one patch at the moment.Link to webite below https://uk.ign.com/wikis/red-dead-redemption-2/Patches_and_Updates

This is what i do when playing anything online,first thing i do when powering up is to check for updates,if its a large update i pause it and finish downloading later.Obviously if the game requires the update to let you play,GTSport,GTA, then you dont have any choice. As regards to the choppy frame rates i havent had these issues with the game,but thats just me.My internet speed seems to be around 60mbps or so

Got to agree with Rockstar74,i skinned 2 kills and both had same animation as before patch.Im on ps4 pro so maybe just a glitch/one of them things?

Glad its worked for you,dont know about the deleted post though.Looks like maybe this is the way to go for now,i will have a look tomorrow.I`ll just have to remember to turn off the net or delete the update before it finishes downloading and installing.Hopefully an update will sort things out when the online game is released.👍

I assumed you were goingto delete the game data and saves,that why i suggested saving them to a memory stick before doing anything.That way if the re-install doesnt work as you hope it will you can always re-load a previous save from the usb,that way you wont lose any game progress.Once youve installed the game,you can save your saves to a usb before you start the game.Sorry mate if im confusing the issue,i cant see any reason why your old saved games wont work on the re-installed version of the game.Just make sure the game is not connected to the internet so as not to download the day 1 patch. I started backing up my save when Gran Turismo Sport arrived,online only and online save only.Lost a save file due to online glitch and all my progress so i do it before i shut the ps4 down.cheers

Pop a usb stick into the ps4 and download your saves onto it.Go into settings,application save data,copy to usb device. I cant say ive noticed this blur issue on my launch pro but my eyesight is not brilliant anyway! 😄 Be interesting to see if an update comes out to address it though.
