Yes, the cellar lock is identical to the one at luckys cabin except it is placed at the top of the doors rather than the bottom. I have done some searching online but have not found anything related to this location other than the chest in the shed. Would love to be the first to discover an Easter egg but this late after release I am afraid the door lock may be a red herring.

Has anyone noticed the combination lock on the cellar door at lone mule stead? Is there anything that this location offers other than the chest in the shed?

FYI the panoramic map is meant to lead you to the location with that view. It is the top of Mt. Shann and there are things to discover up there. For the best view match the time of day drawn on the map...night.

Seriously, lol ... That was the first place I went, it had a lock and said currently out of stock. So, I came back another day, same. I tried every fence, same. I tried search engines, forums, etc... Finally I got a response from R* support. The game locks dynamite after completion. However, it can still be obtained from gang members.

After completing the entire story I have been unable to obtain dynamite and have found no information on why. Please help
