I have 2 bays in a stable I bought the brush multiple saddles I have 2 horses Both horses bonding level will not increase one stopped at level 2 One is still in level 1 This is happening to multiple people Sometimes if you kill the horse and then start the next mission after the mission the horse level will start going up and then stop again
