It's a game fella...its a GAME!! If I don't like the way it's gone from amazing to ******* boring then I'll sack it off. My incursion into this forum was to try and understand why its changed direction and whether people feel the same way I do. My 'yawn' is frustration vented against the boring gamers in this world. I'll say that again for effect...the BORING gamers in this world. It's my opinion, no-one gets hurt and pardon the pun no-one dies. Good luck with the Moonshine deliveries 😉

LMAO let's have a game where you dont see a single online player and merrily sedate cumbersome buffalo, hogs and crocs or calmly drive a wagon unchallenged for 15 bucks. God forbid you get ambushed and try to retaliate to get the juices flowing. Have you played Donkey Kong? It's a lovely game

My take on this FWIW. After completing storyline many moons ago myself and friends got addicted to the magnificent Gun Rush, no other feature comes close! They then took it off and it resurfaced sporadically and mostly as free aim which I dont like. I contented myself to what u my term Griefing. I disrupt supply journeys, attack any random player or posse and test my skills against them. If they want to fight, great. If they don't they parley and move on. The scraps I get involved in can last over an hour and are brilliant fun for all who participate. This is a SKILL element! Chasing a lame croc to get a sample is BORING! Now that the sessions are seriously undermanned I cant find any players to interact with! I keep firing up my PS4 in the hope that it's been resolved but alas still no players. Ready to quit to be honest and this game is the only one I play and 6 he non stop sessions were normal for me I.e. it's a big part of my life! Thanks for listening

Maybe the cheat map comments came across wrong. I only use them to get quick cash because I use so much money buying Health Potions for my griefing battles and also to pay fines incurred for killing other players steeds, 4 dollars a pop is mighty expensive! I have played the game extensively and correctly since it came out but like I said, I'm not challenged skilwise by anything but Gun Rush or Griefing. I am level 222 btw and pretty darn handy with a rifle!

Most enjoyable aspect of the game for me was individual and dedicated Gun Rush mode. It's been omitted now since October (apart from a brief spell of free aim which I cant do!). I've tried the roles and Bounty Hunting is challenging at 5 star level and Collecting is easy with the 'cheat maps freely available online. (I can collect 15 coins in 50 mins average earning 550 dollars a pop) so I'm only left with Griefing as a challenge of any kind. I take on single players, or posses. Depending on retaliation, sometimes i cause havoc sometimes i get whupped. But it tests my shooting skills and evasion etc. Until they restore Gun Rush I have no enjoyment of the game unless Griefing! Not being arrogant I just think others have the same approach thus there are more Griefers. Bring back Gun Rush!

Good points re the free aim 'trial' they had and monitoring of feedback and stats etc. At peak time Gun Rushes would be full to capacity (32 players) each and every time and god knows how many were being played out in parallel over the 5 venues. I played a lot whilst in headset contact with sister and bro-in-law and we counted in 3 2 1 Go! to 'join new game' ...on many occassions we missed the synchronicity and would be marauding parallel Fort Mercer's with both being full to capacity! I guess I'll just wait and see if my enquiries reach the ear of a R* official. Thanks for taking time to reply pal.

My guess pal is that most folk don't have same thoughts based on the lack of interest? I thought there would have been an uproar and a demand to reinstate it. Looks like it's just me lol

Amazed that I cant find anything relating to the demise of Gun Rush? Not a massive fan of the team version but the individual Gun Rush is by far and away the best feature of RDR2 by a country mile! I believe if you sit through the dross of knife throwing and tomahawk chucking, in the elimination section, Gun Rush briefly makes an appearance? It HAS to be a stand alone feature again guys! Look at the success of Fortnite, a Battle Royale concept that everybody plays. Personally it's too glitzy for me I much prefer the slower, more methodical RDR2 version that is Gun Rush. I've persevered with Bounty Hunty, Collector and Trader but it's boring and simple based around earning lots of dollars for lots of clothing gimmicks, which can be easily achieved by accessing internet cheat cycles. My only excursion into the game these days is to grief people or posses to try and engage in lengthy gunfights etc I get plenty of decent response and mostly come off second best! But at least it stirs the juices! Please bring back Gun Rush!
