Okay I'm almost certain this is a bug since I see it often on male characters, my character stays overweight and no matter what I do I cannot get back to normal, which is extremely odd since before that happened I was constantly on underweight since I'd forget to eat

I have the same issue it seems the perk only works for some since the update

Ever since the update I haven't been able to do any stranger missions, hell black Belle and Sadie are locked up since I can't activate the initial cutscenes
