@Moosh89 This is the kinda run around i have been getting for like 8 or 9 days now.
The people answering for support have shown me by now they are clueless. What I can't
decide is if as tech support they are not getting all the info they need or are all a bunch of lazy
worthless tech support agents. If I screencapped my entire ticket it would get a laugh as well
as a lot of head shaking.
If you like tell them you talked to playstation. Because i did yesterday and playstation basically
said if it is only happening with one game on your system then it is and issue red dead has, not
the playstation.
All they have done since I opened my ticket on May 17 is pass the buck.
Not one time have they taken ownership and said they would look
into any of this.
