I think he's talking about motion blur, every version has it. This effect can't be disabled at least for now. I don't think X1X version is completely perfect because it uses the same type of anti aliasing used on PS4 PRO, it just doesn't look so bad because X1X outputs true 4k, X1X has the same issues with motion blur and depth of field that has PS4 PRO.
