    Usually the stutters and framerate-drops in Valentine happens only during morning or noon time. There's no stutters when its night time or dawn. Try to see it guys.

    Yep! It stutters in the center part of Valentine along the Doc's store. It stutters when you move your camera on that particular part of the area.
