I have played a lot of RDR2 story mode and I found out in all of the game some gang members don't request an item or the item wouldn't be where its supposed to be how do you find all of the exotics for and hunting request

I did the saddle Adler mission of chap 3 and the harmonica is not showing up near flat neck station please help
