Fuego MacFearsome

I'm way up in the Grizzlies on a Sadie mission to deliver mail in RDR2 online, and every time I pick up the mailbag it automatically drops, prompting me to pick it up again and it never works. I failed the mission because time expired and I'm a bit miffed at this, particularly because I went out of my way to come to this isolated part of the map. Obvious bug and I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience/curious what Rockstar might do about it.
