Good morning everyone, As mentioned in my previous two posts, I work for Rockstar, and i'm here to help. I own a playstation myself and want this issue to be minimized as soon as possible. I'm happy to inform you that there will be an executive meeting to discuss RDR Online, which is releasing later this month, and we have a small section of time at the end for bringing up issues. I'm going to forward everyone's concerns here to the team, and ask that you let me know if there are any other major concerns you'd like to be brought to the senior teams attention before the meeting starts at 9:00 PST. Your patience and understanding are extremely appreciated, as always.

Hello everyone, As you will recall from my previous post, I work for Rockstar. I mentioned before that this specific issue was brought up and then pushed aside because there were other priorities. Recently, this issue has again resurfaced and I would like to clarify a few things that have happened and what the plans are for the near future in regards to this issue: - This issue was brought up and finally escalated last week to the relevant teams. - They got back to us and it's been verified that there is absolutely nothing we can do in the short term in regards to this issue. A fix would likely take 6-12 months, and might never be done. - The next patch will address bugs that affect both the Xbox and Playstation versions altogether. There are plans for patches after that in the next couple of months to give Ps4 Pro users more control over the graphics settings, but it has been confirmed by our specialists that it would only minimize the problem and not solve it. As always, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Everyone, I work at Rockstar and just wanted to clear a few issues up. Rockstar has taken notice of everyone's complaints, but I can confirm that no one is working on a patch to resolve this particular problem as of today. I was at a meeting today and it got brought up, and the general gist was that it wasn't a big enough problem to be considered a priority. As an owner of a playstation, I urge everyone to spread this issue on social media to get the proper attention and resolution. Quite frankly, with the number of copies sold so far, it's not a surprise Rockstar isn't taking this seriously, and I feel it's on us as gamers to stand up for ourselves sometimes. Good luck
