PS4 Crash Problem

Hi there,

I have a PS4, installed the game 3 times and when i start the game it crashes after 3-4 seconds (even without going in to main menu)

First i had a problem loading 2nd disc i overcame that. Later on i was able to reach up to main menu start the game when pictures of the game comes on to screen it started to crash.

 

I reinitialize my hard disc, re-installed the game then the update now it crashes 3-4 seconds later i click start the game.  Error Code is CE-34878-0

 

I have no clue what else should be a solution to play the game ?
