Test Me Posted October 28, 2018 Share Posted October 28, 2018 I know I need to complete "Paying a Social Call", which I did (at least I think I did), but I can't figure out how to unlock "Pouring Forth Oil", even though I have completed 10 missions in Chapter 2. Do I have to rescue Javier Escuella before I can move on ? Yes but that comes AFTER the oil one, and I can't get to the oil one ... I guess I'll just go to Javier Escuella, that's literally the only yellow thing left on the map that I haven't done .. if that isn't it then I have no idea what it is ...
