What do you do with legendary fish?

When or how can you sell the big ones to that angler on the coast ( Jeremy gill)?

Did you collect all the fish? I think you have to get them all before you can do anything with any of them. I am saving this stuff to do for later so I am not 100% if I can help or not.

You take them to any post office and mail them to the guy, before they spoil.
