Lost a horse outfit slot?

Am I going crazy, or didn't I used to be able to store three outfits on my horse? It was two pre-made outfits and one custom. Now I can only store one plus the custom. 

Someone give me a reality check here.

Yeah this is extremely common and I'm pretty sure its happened to every player on the game by now, 6 months on and the bug is still there, even in Red Dead Online, just got out of beta and its still broken, hope this has cleared your sanity
