Camera view

Hello, I play on a Xbox One S and I'm just wondering how to fix my camera angle. Whenever I'm playing the camera moves up the screen and I cant see anything and i have to keep moving it. It's so annoying

That's so weird.  I haven't heard or seen this before.  I assume it's a glitch, but don't know.  Can you put a video link or something?  I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean, tbh.
