Bounty problem

I have having an issue in Valentine. After doing the first bounty I have been unable to pick up other bounties anyone else have any solutions

You only get one to start with, others will come about as you progress in the story...

Many free roam elements o lay unlock after certain story missions are complete.  My general advice is to only free roam a bit until you hit chapter 3, by which time most things are unlocked for you.
