Jamiewallace Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 Spoiler Hi all, I have an issue, I was about to skin a cow when the game glitched and I went through the map and could move my player. So what I did was load my last save on file and it must have saved during the glitch because when it loaded I was on this island of guarma and I have so way of getting off it, I’ve looked into a couple of things and later in the story you go to this island but it’s only for a chapter and you can’t go back there when the chapter is finished. I’ve wrote to rockstar and they suggested clearing the cache but it hasn’t worked, wondering if anyone had any ideas, don’t fancy starting again.
Truth Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 That really sucks @Jamiewallace... This is exactly why I do frequent manual saves... I haven't gotten that far yet, but is it possible for you to swim? Maybe if you die somewhere in the water you'll respawn on the other side?
Jamiewallace Posted November 5, 2018 Author Posted November 5, 2018 Tried all that. I’ve sorted it now. What had to do was replay a mission and run away from the mission to fail it and stay where I’m meant to be
