Can’t camp, sleep, eat, donate or see my camp

So I saw that someone posted this exact problem. I can’t do anything or see anyone’s name. And in my camp a couple things of not all have “!” This next to it. Someone said it was unfinished quest or something . How do I find out what I have unfinished?  I went to missions and have nothing. I was collecting debt from people and then this all happened.

On PS4 if you press left on the d-pad it will show you all ongoing and recently completed task, quest, challenges etc. For some of them you then need to hit R1 to see more info.

Okay so I did and it brings up everything I wrote in my journal and if I push R1 it only turns the page. And I see now itching in my journal about anything not finished

Just tap it. If you hold it then it opens your journal but if you press it once it should bring up the Log.
