The Charlotte missions...my oops! (Spoilers)

Ok, I'll just get to the point... A few too many beers last night while playing this game, and I decided to do the mission with the widow, Charlotte.  It was the second part of the mission. Well, she's outside target practicing and after we're done, well... I accidentally shot her LOL  needless to say, she took off. I give her credit for not even wincing , she just took off ... I tried lassoing her in a last ditch effort to bring her back but that didn't go over so well either. Question is, is this a replayable mission like the ones in the main storyline?
