RDR Online bug

In the initial startup quests, once you establish your camp and receive the treasure map, you are to inspect the treasure chest, which is apparently located on the back of an unhitched wagon. I am unable to reach the chest inside the wagon because there are boxes and other artfully stacked items in front of it preventing me from climbing into the wagon. I've tried every way possible even trying to blow up by shooting the extraneous boxes, to no avail. This effectively locked me out of the free roam fun that everybody else is enjoying and that makes me very very sad.
