Question - i pre ordered the Ultimate version of RDR2 but cannot find this treasure map in the old burned out jail cell.  Did you have to pre-order before a set time?  Would there be any other way to get it - like for a fee or?  

Just thought it would be fun to have another treasure map.  

Game is amazing - but I want more Arthur dlc ..lol  - such a great character to play.

Same thing happened to me.  I uninstalled/reinstall the content, and still can't get the map.  I gave up on it.

I purchased the Ultimate edition but couldn't find the treasure map either. Was this specifically for pre-orders only? Or do Special and Ultimate editions suppose to get it too even though it wasn't pre-ordered?

this was answered in another thread, you had to do the special or ultimate edition digital pre-order before August 15th to get that map.

I contacted rockstar having the same issue, there is one word that is missing from the description of who gets this special treasure map mission, “digital” it is only available to those who pre-ordered a DIGITAL special or unlimited edition game.
