1. Midnight’s Pistol – Can be picked up after defeating the Legendary Gunslinger Billy Midnight, highly missable, during The Noblest of Men, and a Woman Stranger Mission.
2. I have finished this mission but forgot to take the weapon, now I dont have it. Is there any way to get it?

No it's only available in that mission, revert back to an older save if you really want it but it's not necessary for 100% completion.

Are you sure it won't affect the 100% completion sir? I missed my chance with this also.

I've read up online that it counts towards 100% completion.

You need those special weapons to complete your weapon compendium.

yeah you only need a set number of the total number of weapons available ( I forget how many) meaning you can miss a few and still get 100% completion. As Dylbandit said it's only important if you want to complete the weapon compendium.
