XBox servers buggy again 6/1

I can't get into a single server that's working correctly on XBox today (6/1). Fast Travel posts aren't working in some, birds flying into the ground in others. Stranger missions start but don't spawn the enemies you are suppose to kill, or they half start and lock you out of the online stuff while you wait for the mission to 'begin'. 

Anyone else having this plethora of issues?

Some roadside items such as wagons and decrepit buildings glitches in and out. Mainly a plethora of disconnects that must have cost me hundreds . Losing the perfect cougar took the jam out of my doughnut.
