Free fast travel?

I thought I read somewhere that there was free fast travel after a certain level.  I am at 65 and still it cost money.  What’s up with that?  I am a cheapskate before you imply such.

There is no FREE fast travel.  At Level 65, you can purchase a Fast Travel Post for your camp, but you still have to pay the regular prices to use it.

There are a few Fast Travel Voucher reward unlocks in the Outlaw Pass but that's it.  You don't get to choose when to use them however, as they apply the next time you fast travel, after unlocking them.

Your only option would be to choose a region from the Online Main Menu but you won't know where in that region you will spawn.
