audio problem

i bought rdr2 today and i wanted to play with a friend of mine but when im riding a horse or when there is a gun fight my audio makes a sort of paper riping like sound but its every now and then but sometimes its soft and sometimes its really loud and i have tried alot of things and i cant seem to fix it

Are you on PC? If so, try updating your audio drivers. Sometimes they get messed up when Windows does an update for certain games/launchers. You can also try running a trouble-shooting search just to see if anything pops up.
