screen flickering random colors on RDR2

hello there,

 

my gpu temperature is okay

drivers are up-to-date

everything is fine with every other game.

but RDR2 is just giving me random colors flickering at the bottom of my screen any idea how to fix this?

if i try to record it, it isn't visible on the video tho
