Cant get into red dead online

Yesterday i was playing the game just fine, last night after supper i could not get back into the online servers.  If i try to join off a friend it says i have not completed the online tutorial but my character is level 735.  If a friend sends me and invite they get the message that its not allowed until i finish the tutorial.  i get a constant black screen for about 10 mins then it kicks me out to the start up screen again.  It seems to be specific to my profile as i can log on my sons account on the same xbox.  Anyone else having this problem, or can offer advise?

Never seen some1 with your level. I know that 1000 is the cap but never saw some1 over 700. 

Back on topic.   Maybe you have been banned?   Ask the support.
