Does anyone else get some pop-in and frame rate issues on Ps4?

Basically anytime I’m riding my horse in a big group, entering a town or city, or in a shootout my frame rate tends to drop. Also I get some pop-in. I’ll see a sign pop in like 150 feet in in front of me or bushes and tall grass will pop in right next to me as I’m riding my horse.

Yes, I have the same problem. It was much worse when I had a really old TV. Now I just have an old TV and it’s a little bit better.
 

But. I actually don’t know anything about this technical stuff, so I could be wrong and it’s not the TV that’s the issue. I also changed my PS4 (Slim) HD because the old one broke down, maybe that helped as well? But as I recall it it was when I changed TV that the frame rate and drop-ins improved.
