Animal Compendium is not fully Updating

Hey gang, I LOVE Red Dead and am trying to fully, 100% finish the game. Currently I have 167 of 178 animals in my Compendium, I'm close to finishing 100% on everything, I've already 100'd the Story but would like to finish the rest. Anybody know what the deal is with the Animal Compendium not updating. It says I need a Devon Ox so I headed over to Pronghorn Ranch and found the animal but the game is acting as i"ve seen it before, which I probably have but it just won't update the compendium, I've tried shutting down the game and rebooting my PS 5 but that doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas. Thank you team

Have you killed it, or just seen it? You'll need to do it all before the compendium will update the animal. If you're saying that you've already done all that, it could easily be a glitch. RDR2 is full of them. So what you may need to do is use your binoculars and both study and track it. Then kill and skin it. I can't guarantee that it will fix your problem, but it can't hurt to try.

Hey Guys, I'm having the same issue. I've already killed, skinned, looked with binocular and guns. Nothing updates the compendium. Did you found a way to solve this?

Hey you, open your Compendium and verify if the Devon Ox entry shows as "Studied." If it doesn't, it means you still need to study the animal. Try approaching the Devon Ox again and studying it to ensure the entry updates. monopoly go
