I can't get the Valentine bank robbery or stagecoach robbery to trigger

This is my 2nd playthrough for RDR2 storymode. I'm at 44% on 'snake oil'. already have the legend of the west satchel lol.   I am in the chapter where base camp is still horseshoe overlook.  basically i'm trying to stay at horseshoe for as long as possible.

I have not rescued micah or even spoken with Dutch about it.  John is sitting over by a tree waiting for me to talk to him about steeling cattle I think.  I have not even gone fishing with Jack yet to start fishing.  Have I progressed too far already and now it wont let me join Karen etc to rob the valentine bank?  Or do that stagecoach robbery (while based at horseshoe)? 

Or does the bank heist and stagecoach trigger at the next camp after horseshoe overlook?  If its supposed to happen while at horseshoe, do i need to save micah and get Lenny back in camp 1st?

The Valentine bank robbery isn't until chapter 3m once you're camped at Clemens Point. John is most likely looking into the train robbery that you have to steal an oil wagon for. As for rustling the sheep, that takes place after you have done the train robbery. You don't have to worry about Micah very much. He'll stay in jail until you go for him. Unfortunately they don't hang him.

I'm curious which stagecoach robbery you're talking about. There are several all throughout the game. Also, you can jump up and rob any random stagecoach that goes by. If the one you're talking about is the one with Trelawny, then you're way too early. That doesn't happen until a good way into chapter 3.
