I continued playing this game after a hiatus of 3-4 years. I can't seem to remember what the Roman number in yellow circle means for some items in the crafting menu. Like for instance the big game mest with herbs shows IV. The horse reviver also shows a Roman number. I tried google, but can't seem to find anything about it
