Serial killer map 3

I have collected the first 2 serial killer maps as Arthur, I’m now in the epilogue as John Marston and when I get to the tree for the 3rd map the head isn’t there.  I’ve went several times, day and night.  Can you finish it as John if you started as Arthur??

Any help would be appreciated!!

Considering that the epilogue is 8 years after Arthur’s death, I would highly doubt that it’s still there to finish. Someone else would have to have found it in all that time.
