I need help getting certain hats

I really want the wentworth and expedition hat, but I can't find anything on them, most I know is you unlock them. I don't know how?

The Wentworth Hat is unlocked through specific in-game actions. It is part of the the Collector Role, which can be accessed by purchasing the Collector Bag from Madam Nazar for 15 gold bars. Once you have that, you will eventually be able to get it from certain NPCs or through missions. It is randomized.
 

The Expedition Hat can be bought from Madame Nazar at rank 20 of collector.  So both require you to get the collector bag.
