I can't get the legendary alligator to pop up on my game. I did the mission. I went to the spot and nothing. I've been running around all day. I keep leaving and coming back,camping, I've went and done other missions, I've run around the entire area. Nothing. What the @#$%

Ok can anyone help with this. The legendary alligator is just not popping up. I did the mission i went to the spot I've run around for hours. I've left I've come back I've done other missions. nothing. No legendary alligator drawing on map is coming up. I'm really frustrated. Am I missing something help please

I can't get the gator to spawn either, very annoying. Been running around for hours. Left, did other missions came back. Nothing!! @#$%&
