I wish that I had a recorder. I took a train to Saint Denis with 2 horses. The temp one was on the right side, where I got off. My (expensive) one was on the left blocked by the long train. I whistled and waited. When the train left my main horse's icon started moving too. I raced down the tracks only to see the horse was on the damn train! He must have tried to jump over when I whistled. Craziest damn thing I have ever seen. I had to load back half an hour to get him back.

At At this campsite, as opposed to the others, there are things flashing, (like the to donate box, the medicine wagon, the bullet wagon etc.) I don't understand why they're flashing. Everything is paid and in the yellow in the ledger.

I do use Xbox One. I reset my settings - no change. I will try powering off. Hopefully it will come back. On the bright side, I am getting real good at head shots. Again, thanks for taking to time to help. You are a good person. I will look forward to more chats. Take it easy. Peace. jesse

thanks fellas, my controller is fine on other games. I guess that I will have to reset settings because I cannot line up multiple, red dot shots, while in focus mode.

I do this when attacking a gang camp. It doesn't usually dink my honor and yields surprisingly good loot. The first target when attacking is always their horses. Two, sometimes even four saddle bags (if you can get the 2 returning gang members who ride up after attack is ended) extra loot. Many times those bags contain a gold nugget. Arthur even makes some funny comments about shooting them. Thanks to all the earlier tips. Good hunting all. Peace. jack

I made I made no changes to my settings . It no longer works with any pistol and the winchesters or the varmit gun I cannot shoot multiple shots.

The red path worked for me. I had tried going in, on my own, west of the red path. That is where hell came to breakfast for me. They swarmed me as soon as I got over half way across the crick. I found cover in the big rocks, but they just kept massing. Finally one on ridge nailed me. It was fun but futile.

Right at the end of chapter 2, and on into chapter 3, it seems I can no longer sight multiple targets with pistols or rifles. I can't set more than one shot under dead eye. Am I doing something, my game, or is this just the way it progresses? I am so happy to be on to chapter 3, thanks to help from this great forum. Chapter 3 has such a bang, bang start I couldn't stop to catch my breath. This is by far the coolest game I have ever played. Let me know about this dead eye issue if you can. Peace. Jesse

Yaaaaahoooo! I really wish to thank this community. Rockstar didn't give me jack when I bought the game. A link to here would have sufficed. I restarted 3 times as I learned the game. Now, thanks to you all, the best game ever is fun again. I tip my hat (A Stetson of course) to you all. Peace

Help anyone. I seem to be stuck on 46% on chapter 2. what does it take to move on? I have all dino bones, rock carvings, and most dream catchers. Do challenges have to be all completed? What does it take to move on? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks man. It freaked me out, but thankfully the saved game feature let me go back. Hell, I may do it again for shits and giggles. Although the townsfolk do seem to remember you even if you go to the saved before feature. God I love this game.

I don't have the stone axe showing in the center. Is there an activation that I must do to get it to spawn, or is my game glitched? Thanks for any help, or suggestions

If you If you do something silly by God that and try and rob this bank is there a limit on the number of sheriffs that will show up? I swear I went through 20 and the 21st one got me. Is there a limit to how many will show up?

Anyone else having issues with missing characters? I started a new game, after finally learning how to play the game. Now Billy Midnight, Flaco, and Grainger didn't show up. I would hate to have to start again.
